When you join a group of like-minded people, you are more likely to stick with a routine. We don’t judge you for where you are. We encourage you and provide you with the tools to get you where you want to go. Joining a gym can be an intimidating experience but at Empowered Fitness we make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door.
Our unique program combines traditional strength training with CrossFit style exercises to give you a full body workout that is both fun and challenging. Tired of the treadmill and elliptical machine? Machines are boring and don’t provide the benefits that free weights do. We use kettlebells, battle ropes, slam balls, bands, dumbbells, body weight exercises and more to strengthen the muscle-fascia system by allowing for variations in load, speed, angles and movement. This ultimately creates a safe, well-rounded workout that will help you achieve your goals faster.
Classes are offered every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30am, 4pm and 5:30pm.
